Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from myluvbox. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

• To start a return, contact us at Support@myluvbox.com.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
