How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped in either a discrete brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping applies to orders over $25 for the continental U.S.

Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is $8.95.

 

When will my order be shipped?

All non-subscription orders are shipping within 48 hours (usually under 24 hours).

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products all sales are final and there are no returns. Please refer to our return policy. However, please reach out to our customer support team and at support@myluvbox.com and we will make things right.

 

Return Policy

All sales are considered final.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased items unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise.

If we have additional stock of the exact same product, a replacement will be sent. If we do not have additional stock of the item, we will issue a refund.

Before submitting a return, first, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box;
Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item;
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area.

Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. We have several express delivery options available if you need to get your order faster.
